The last day of our partner meeting in Alba, Italy

Day three of the partner meeting focused on telemedicine, impact and looking ahead — hosted by T4MED and closing a strong and inspiring project week.

The third day of the partner meeting was hosted by T4MED, an organisation specialised in telemedicine. We started the day with a short introduction to their Totem production line, an innovative solution that brings the doctor directly into people’s homes. Through this technology, doctors can closely monitor patients remotely, and even treatments such as dialysis at home become possible with the support of a Totem.

After this inspiring introduction, we moved on to the programme of the day. Tom and Dieuwke from Katapult presented the results of the peer review and invited partners to reflect on how we can learn from each other’s strengths and good practices.

Following a coffee break with delicious local treats, the focus shifted to work package 9, which centres on measuring the overall impact of CAIT. The discussion led to the shared insight that, given our broad reach, the impact will mainly be captured through qualitative measurement and analysis, rather than purely quantitative indicators.

These valuable morning outcomes made it even easier to enjoy the extensive lunch that was waiting for us on the terrace at T4MED. In the afternoon, we looked ahead to the final year of the project. Together, we made clear agreements on next steps and responsibilities, moving forward as one team.

This naturally transitioned into the informal part of the programme. A shared wine tasting and dinner marked the end of a successful partner meeting. We look back on a strong and inspiring week, giving us full momentum for the final year of the project. Many thanks to everyone who made this possible.
