What happens when healthcare, IT, education and professional practice truly come together?
For more than three years, Care about IT has been exploring exactly that. Within the European project, 15 partners from the Netherlands, Finland, Estonia and Italy work together to strengthen the connection between healthcare, IT and vocational education and training (VET).
Healthcare and IT students work together on real-life challenges from professional practice. This allows them not only to learn about technology, but also to explore how it can be used effectively and meaningfully in healthcare.
As Care about IT enters its final project year, it is a good moment to reflect on what has been achieved so far and look ahead to how the knowledge, partnerships and approaches developed within the project can continue.
