The start of the regional Care about IT CoVE began with the kick-off meeting at the Tallinn Health Care College. The meeting was organized to discuss the results of the stakeholder analysis on sectoral challenges and needs, and the open dialogue workshops with local partners to address these issues.
We had two foreign visitors with us, Sytske Valk and Jessica Knopper, from the Netherlands helping us out with the presentation of the outcomes.
We had visitors from our partners and the ministry of social affairs on-site, as well did we had visitors online.
The results of the scanning were quite different. Technology is more involved in education and teachers are willing to implement more healthtech than they are already doing.
Between the kick-off and the partner meeting, Grete (Head of International Relations) took us into al the classrooms and the simulation centre and we could see all the innovation in the classrooms and the practical rooms. It was amazing to see. The building was up to date and clean.
In the meeting in the afternoon, with only the CoVE partners, we aimed at strengthening cooperation between each other. We discussed each part in the CoVE and what we still need to do. Workpackage 4 of Innovation past the discussion and the organization of the event in April was part of the discussion.
We ended the day with sending out our program for the 16th of April.
